Type of yoga we practice(아래와 같은 수업을 수련합니다):

Restorative yoga: Encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, it is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. The biggest benefits of restorative yoga is improving sleep & digestion, reduction of all kind of diseases, less heart attack, cancers & autoimmune disorders. It focuses on restoring bodies with particular ailments and supports a body in need of healing.

Yin yoga: A slow-paced, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine , with yoga poses t hat are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. It works deep into the connective tissues to activate change at a very deep level in an already healthy body to increase performance. Such as the ligaments, rather than focus on the muscles. As a result, the poses are more passive holds with little active engagement of the muscles

Hatha yoga: Hatha is the Sanskrit word literally means ' Discipline of Force' and thus refer to a system of physical techniques. Hatha Yoga  is not only as asana practice, it becomes free from the illusion of form, time, and space. Asana is just one of the  following six practices in this path. 

  1. Asanas – to gain control over the body
  2. Pranayama – to gain control over the breath
  3. Mudra – to manipulate and stimulate pranas (subtle energies)
  4. Bandhas – to stimulate chakras (energy centers)
  5. Kriyas – to purify internal organs
  6. Mantras – to control the mind

Yin Yang: . A Yin/Yang yoga practice often begins with yin poses. By combining the two styles of yoga, Yin/Yang yoga improves energy and fitness while promoting relaxation and healing. 

Gentle flow: Sequence of poses, with seamless transitions from one pose to another so it feels like you literally ‘flow’ through the class. We’ll show how the poses build upon one another. It helps you create a sense of union between your mind and body. It’s a great class to help you calm your mind, and restore your physical and mental balance. 

Core yoga: It can improve yoga asanas and lives. Core is the abdominal region of the body, the literal center of our balance and strength.
